Allan Sandage
Our first convert in this series is Allan Sandage. Who is arguably one of the brightest individuals of the last 300 years. “The world is too complicated in all parts and interconnections to be due to chance alone. I am convinced that the existence of life with all its order in each of its organisms is simply too well put together. Each part of a living thing depends on all its other parts to function. How does each part know? How is each part specified at conception? The more one learns of biochemistry the more unbelievable it becomes (for naturalism) UNLESS there is some type of organizing principle-an architect.” Allan Sandage DOCTORATE - CAL. TECH ASTROPHYSICS Helen B. Warner Prize for Astronomy (1957) Eddington Medal (1963) Rittenhouse Medal(1968) National Medal of Science (1970) Elliott Cresson Medal (1973) Bruce Medal (1975) Crafoord Prize (1991) Fellow of the Royal Society

Antony Flew
The late Antony Flew – one of the twentieth century's most prolific philosophical atheists who converted to Theism. “I now believe that the universe was brought into existence by an infinite Intelligence. I believe that this universe’s intricate laws manifest what scientists have called the Mind of God. I believe that life and reproduction originate in a divine Source. Why do I believe this, given that I expounded and defended atheism for more than a half-century? The short answer is this: this is the world picture, as I see it, that has emerged from modern science.” – Antony Flew, There is a God, (Kindle:1087) DOCTORATE – OXFORD PHILOSOPHY Taught OXFORD, KEELE, ABERDEEN, YORK 50+ PUBLICATIONS

Mortimer Adler
“I suspect that most of the individuals who have religious faith are content with blind faith. They feel no obligation to understand what they believe. They may even wish not to have their beliefs disturbed by thought. But if God in whom they believe created them with intellectual and rational powers, that imposes upon them the duty to try to understand the creed of their religion. Not to do so is to verge on superstition.” – Mortimer J. Adler
